I picked up ArtResin because I was aiming for that super clear, glassy finish on a few small art pieces. I’m careful about noticing patterns when something goes wrong, so I followed the mixing directions closely, watched the timing, and let it sit like recommended. Even then, a few areas dried cloudy, and I kept spotting tiny bubbles that gave it more of a dull look than I expected.
For the price, I thought the finish would be more consistent. Maybe it works better for other people or under different conditions, but based on how mine turned out, I don’t really feel like experimenting with it again. It just didn’t give me that clean, glossy result I was looking for.

I thought this was going to cover a decent amount of space, but it didn’t really come close. I kept thinking maybe I was using it wrong or needed to adjust it somehow, but no, the coverage area just felt way smaller than expected. Kind of frustrating because that was the main reason I got it

When I tried using it, I got stuck because the instructions were confusing. I kept rereading the steps, but they felt messy and unclear, so I wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do next.

I used this on a white resin tray, and the main thing I noticed was the color change. It started looking yellow way faster than I thought it would, even though I kept it indoors and out of direct sunlight. Maybe other parts of it held up fine, but I couldn’t stop noticing the yellowing. For the price, I expected better resistance, so I’m disappointed and probably won’t buy it again

I’ll give it credit, the resin itself works nicely and the finish came out clean. But for the price, especially after shipping, I expected a little more. Maybe I’m being picky, but I’ve used cheaper brands that gave me results that were close enough, so it’s hard for me to justify buying ART RESIN again. It’s not bad at all, just feels way too pricey for what you get

I ordered from ArtResin and the package did show up in good condition, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I expected, and I kind of felt ignored while waiting because there wasn’t much communication. Not the worst experience, but I definitely thought it would arrive sooner

I ordered this resin kit thinking it came with all the pieces pictured, but when it arrived, some stuff was missing. So instead of just starting my project like planned, I had to pause everything and go buy the extra pieces somewhere else. It felt like the goalposts moved after I already paid, which was frustrating

i used artresin on a coffee table top it looked really good at first. after about a week of normal use, i started noticing tiny scratches from cups, keys, and just everyday stuff. nothing rough or out of the ordinary. for the price, i expected it to hold up a lot better. i wouldn’t use it again on anything that gets handled a lot...

This didn’t hold up to heat like I expected. Melted way too easily. Disappointing.

I emailed artresin with a question about my order. They were friendly and gave me a clear answer, just took a bit longer than I expected. Once they replied, it was easy to sort out.

The resin itself cured clear. No big issue there. But once I started mixing in some of my alcohol inks and mica powders, things got weird. A few clumps. Some soft spots that just didn’t feel fully cured. Kind of frustrating because I’ve used those colorants before with other resins. I just wish there was more info up front about what works well with it and what doesn’t.

I feel kind of stupid for trusting this in the first place. The fumes were way too harsh and gave me a headache quickly. It just didn’t feel safe to use, and I won’t be using it again.

I tried using artresin and was really careful with the 1:1 ratio, like double-checking it more than I check my grocery list, and somehow it still ended up tacky in a few spots. Super frustrating, especially when you think you did everything right.

I’ve worked with resin before, so I’m not brand new to this, but this one felt extra picky. It seemed like if the measurement was off by even the tiniest amount, the whole pour was basically doomed. Side note, resin projects already make enough of a mess without having to stress over every little drop.

In the end, it ruined my project and wasted a decent chunk of time. For what it costs, I expected it to be a little more forgiving.

I left this in the sunlight and it started to yellow quickly, so I’m not sure it’s as UV resistant as I hoped. That said, it might be fine if it’s not sitting in direct sun all the time.

My resin kit arrived with the box all smashed up, and the bottles were barely protected at all!!! One of the caps had leaked a bit, so when I opened everything, it was sticky and annoying to deal with!!! For what this costs, I really expected way better packaging!!! Customer service was fine, I guess, but I definitely shouldn’t have had to clean up a mess before even getting to use the kit!!!

It looked really nice at first, but mine started getting scratched up and looking dull way sooner than I expected (and I wasn’t exactly being rough with it). I’m disappointed with the durability overall...

It leveled out well overall, which was a nice surprise. Most of the surface ended up smooth enough, though the edges definitely needed some extra fixing. Not perfect, but not bad.

I picked up artresin because I was really hoping it would make dealing with bubbles easier, especially for the price.
